WooLoot offers one option for shipping – Flat rate. We keep shipping low on your behalf and by only allowing one option for shipping.

Most browsers will show a lock icon if the page you are viewing is secure. Look for this icon any time you are asked to enter in any of your financial information during the checkout process. This will tell you that the information you are entering will not be able to be viewed by a third party and that your credit card number is safe.

You may return most merchandise within 30 days from the shipment delivery date. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product on our contact page or by emailing sales@wooloot.com. After emailing and describing the reason for return we will provide you with a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Without a RAC, packages will not be excepted. Please ship the returned product in the same package (if possible) and insured for the amount paid. WooLoot has the sole discretion to not accept returns for any reason and at any time; this does not mean that we will not be fair. If you would like to cancel your order please email us at sales@wooloot.com.

Ordering is simple; please choose your product options and add to the cart. Look over and verify all product options are what you want and continue with the check out process. You will need to register in order to check out. Payment can be made through PayPal only.
